Terms of Agreement: I commit to membership in the Diamond R Family Farm CSA for the 20 week, 2012 harvest season, May 16 through September 26, 2012. I understand that if I fail to receive my delivery it may be donated or composted and that it cannot be replaced with alternate goods. I understand that I may transfer my ownership of my share to another person, but there are no refunds. I understand that I will not be required to work or help distribute to be part of this CSA. I understand that farming is inherently unpredictable and that, while the growers act and commit in good faith to provide fresh, locally grown produce and products, they cannot guarantee quantities or contents of weekly shares. I understand that edible produce grown by Diamond R Family Farms will not be treated with synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fungicides.
